I ordered a set of lights in February for a recent bathroom remodel. The website listed that the items were in stock and would arrive within a week. In fact the website stated that estimated shipping was "fast".
At the beginning of March, I received an automated email stating that my order was delayed by the manufacturer and would ship in about a month. At the end of March, I received another automated email again stating a delay and the items would ship at the end of April. Today was the listed ship day, so I called to check if the items would be going out today and to cancel them if they were not. I was told that the problem was the manufacturer was not able to fulfill the order until August and that was not a guarantee. Why I was not informed of the actual problem is anyone's guess. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. Although the customer service agent was polite, we shall see if I get a timely refund or if I have to file with my credit card company. My guess is based on the numerous recent reviews that I will have to file.
My advice is stay far away from this company. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before I purchased and I am quite sorry. Perhaps it is true that the manufacturer is not able to fill the orders, however, the lack of communication and inability to fill the order leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.
