I have had some success using this site to get good prices on automobile parts. However, I had no luck resolving a credit card processing issue with them. I tried two cards, both of which worked on other sites, but could not get them to work on parts.com.
They provide no method to contact customer service other than by email and it took them 4 days to respond to my email. The response provided no resolution nor did it provide a phone number to call and discuss.
