My friend steered me to this product when I used to complain about regular tampons not being enough and super being too thick. I swear this is the best thing for that time of the month. Even on my heaviest day I could go the full 12 hours with a pad to trap any leaks (which was VERY little). A pad is only needed to trap potential leakage and only need one for the whole day if you feel like it. Sex used to be a definite no no, but now it's a possibility with no mess. No need to check if you had an accident during the day or while you're sleeping at night.
Easy in and out. For those saying you fear it's going to pop out you didn't put it in correctly. If you feel it slipping you didn't push it in far enough. You don't even feel it if inserted properly. If you feel it just pull it out and stick it back in again. When it's time to pull it out it can get a little messy. So, make sure you're definitely sitting on a toilet and not hovering. Removal is just as easy. Use your middle finger, as it's the longest, to hook onto the rim. If you cannot quite grab it bare down like you're trying to force yourself to pee. It'll inch forward some and grabbing it should be easier.

The only thing that drives me crazy is that it's SO hard to find!!!!
