6pm.com has nice shoes but their company policies are horrible! They put on a sale, you buy the shoes, but they double the prices before your shoes arrive. Your shoes do not fit so you need a different size. They will not exchange them. You have to buy the size that fits at double the price plus repay shipping, plus repay to ship your other pair back for a return. What kind of company does that? I talked to their customer service and they will not honor the original price for another size...that is their policy. So if I return my shoes and just don't buy another size, I will actually be out more money than I paid for the shoes in shipping alone with no shoes to show for it. I am guessing that is their scam...hoping people just keep the shoes that don't fit.
I have a very small foot (size 5 womens) and the shoes they sent were too small (which almost never happens for me) so it seems that the shoes were improperly sized in the first place.
Their customer service rep wrote me and told me to shop at another site that has policies like exchanges or return shipping if I don't like their policies. Wow...don't worry I will.
