I especially liked the Amerisave user-friendly, smart, and well organized website. It was easy to use and understand, with all the detail and accurate information needed for a consumer to make an informed choice of loan, that was best suited to his or her purposes. I've received good, knowledgeable, and prompt customer service from a professional and courteous staff. I've always gotten a quick response to inquiries. Also, I liked the way they've provided a quick and easy status report in the form of an online web form. Cool. They even provided an appraisal report in PDF form, with a downloadable option for my personal records. This is something I've never seen done before. Most loan companies would make you jump thru a lot of hoops to get this service. I'm just glad to see that someone has finally gotten it right. Assistance with questions on my refinance loan via the telephone has been extremely helpful as well. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff made understanding the sometimes bewildering details easy. The people who worked with me have always been quick to call me back whenever I had a question. And, they were patient with me in explaining any sticky point I encountered. Kudos to Amerisave and their extremely efficient staff! I'll recommend you to all my friends and associates.
