Sprint...does not deliver in custimer service or much else.

Pros:Cheap base plans.
Cons:AWFUL customer service, no customer loyalty, dropped calls, billing.
The Bottom Line: Avoid this company at all costs, because they do not value their customers, and will not work with you.

I have had 4 lines with Sprint for four years, and have had problems with billing, they charged us taxes in all three states we lived in all at the same time, by just adding new fees on without deleting the other states.  We have paid for the upgraded protection plan, but not one thing that has happened has been coverd by it, unless you want to pay a $50 deductible.  Customer service has no desire to work with you, and there is only one service center in a city of 750,000 population, so plan to be there half the day, only to be told you need to file a claim with the insurance, pay a deductible, and wait for a new phone to be ordered.  Talk about understaffing.  The only reason we stayed with this company so long is that the base price of our contract was good, but we are willing to pay much more, just so we do not have to deal with the frustration of this company any longer. 
Oh, and recently, we haven't been able to get a signal in our own home, and we live in the city!!  There are just so many problems with this company, that one should sprint far, far away before signing a contract with them!
