The worst experience I've ever had ordering online

I'm not sure what the other reviewers experienced, but this has been nothing but a nightmare to me. I ordered a Motherboard from this company on 7 may 09. they charged my account and gave the item a status of "shipped" the next day. I called for a tracking number and the lady seemed confused but told me she would check and send it to me via email. after waiting a couple days I called back. She told me the same thing, she hadn't even looked into it the first time. I went through this routine for about a week (item should have arrived by then), only for her to tell me that it hadn't shipped and would today via 2-3 day delivery. I called back the next day for a tracking number, again she was confused and didn't have one. The only option she could give me was to refund my money, which I gladly excepted. Now I am waiting and hoping that transaction goes smoothly (it should take 24 hrs). I'll know tomorrow.
I would not recommend anyone to do business wtih this company; i'm actually wondering if it is a legitament company. I asked on several occasions to speak to a manager or supervisor which was never available.
