Maybe I had a bad experience with this online store, but I ended up having to place the order 3 times before I received the merchandise...and then I found they charged me twice for it.
The first time I ordered, my order was canceled without explanation.
The second time I ordered, WWF sent me an email asking for more information. I immediately sent the required info and then went to check on my order through their online tracking system. I found that my order had again been canceled. No explanation. I sent email to WWF asking about this order but my mails went unnoticed.
The third time I ordered was right about the time that they updated their website and then I was not able to track my order online. I sent an email and about a week later an answer arrived. They told me that the merchandise was in the mail. It did arrive and I'll be honest, it was what I ordered, so thus I'm happy right ?? Well a few weeks later when I checked my credit card statement I found that WWF had charged me twice! I sent them another email asking them to check this discrepancy and at the time of writing this epinion, I have not heard anything back from them. It has been 3 days and if you look carefully at their site, they promise to answer all emails within 48 hours. But last week I found out why I got charged twice! They sent me another order, y'know, one that they had listed as canceled??!!! So I have to go through the hassle of sending it back and hoping that they credit my account!
Although I do live in Japan I don't see how an international order should differ much more than a domestic order.
This is the largest online WWF merchandise store, unfortunately it seems to be all hype and very little action. This was my first and LAST time I'll order from this site!
