I have always worked out but got to a certain plateau in my regime where I just wasn't losing anymore body fat or gaining muscle. My sister told me about this book and I decided to look into it. I like the fact that it isn't loaded with unreasonable eating habits or fads. It's just an instruction book on how to eat right and well and sensibly. It's basically smaller portions but more throughout the day. Instead of eating huge meals 3 times a day, he implements 6 meals and smaller portions. It's hard to get used to and was especially for my husband who at 6'5 and 220, could eat anything and everything and still be hungry. But this book works..we were left satisfied and my husband wasn't left hungry. We lost body fat and gained a healthier way to eat. Plus the gained energy is well worth it. Oh, the added plus is the free day! Where you can eat anything! A very smart approach to dieting since most diets fail with people binging on their favorite fatty foods. After time we didn't even use the free day that often, because we were so used to eating right and healthy!
