Hey George,
I'm pretty confident you like "Lonely Are the Brave" and "Charlie Varrick." But when Matthau was "cute"... and Neil Simon adaptations seemed to draw that out!
I was very impressed by "Go Tell the Spartans," and probably would never have gotten around to it without your praise for it.

you certainly had an eclectic viewing month, bud! Plaza Suite was fingernail scraping on blackboard irritating, as I recall. Matthau when he's good, he's good, but when he's bad - arrrgh! Thanks for the mention on GTTS. I'm glad you could see it and liked it! :>
