Don't know what I would do without them! They are the only vendor for the quality dark chocolate bars I NEED, at a price I can afford.
I have been conducting dark chocolate education classes (with wine parings) at the Bernhardt Winery in Plantersville Texas (check them out - best little winery in the South! - @ BernhardtWinery.com ), and there are some rare bars that I really want to share that I cannot find locally, or at least in the quantities I need.
I am very happy. They even refunded shipping where actual was less than that charged by the automated system! I ordered aLindt package deal that included shipping and then two other boxes of Drouste Superior 75% bars. The system calculated shipping for them, but I got the refund after delivery.
The delivery was quick and exactly on schedule, so that I could go look for it on my porch as planned. The bars were in perfect shape, and that is important, since I live in Houston Texas area. I found out that they really do want you to email them for shipping progress and delivery expectation! They replied quickly and personally. Felt like a very personal sales experience.
