Got this for my daughter's birthday but then kept it for myself and ordered a second unit for her. It is very simple to upload and change the songs on the unit. I'm a traveling salesman so I use it quite a bit. The down side is the fast forward and rewind functions in the car stereo. Maybe it's is just me but, I can not get this to work well at all. When you push rewind it may go forward or reverse depending on how it feels like doing at that point. The same can be said about the fast forward function. I must admit the this only occurs in the car stereo. It works flawless when used as a portable mp3 player using the hand held remote. I can usually store up to 14 songs. I have not yet used the mmc slot. The sound is very good even with the earphones. the fact that I both a second unit basically says it all kin regards to how I feel about the unit.
