I had to write an insy weensy bit in here letting you know I haven't forgotten your write off.
Thank you so much for both you and Hickry bein' all sweet. Awwww...
I know that through emails I've kept you posted on my Dad and his health issue's. I just wanted other people to know it would take something extremely serious or an natural disaster to keep me from writing something for one of my favorite friends. Especially when it comes to "showin' some love".
Anyway, doing my usual ramble. BUT... for the record this is on my list of things to do my friend.
You are not forgotten.

Hey Hickry,
The hall of fame is something that is needed around Eps, but unfortunately for me, as the host, only I & one other person has entered. It's kinda depressing, but ya gotta keep on keepin' on.
Elaine really has a great heart, hey? Definately one of the most genuine characters I've come across!
Feel free to join the write off, it's not doing big business so every entry is appreciated all the more.

I became friends with Miss Elaine from reading her stuff, she is very cool. I really dug what ya said about all yer favorite writers, and by the way, I don't think anyone else has done a "hall of fame" Cool idea brother!

It's great to give proper thanks to the members of Eps that you really can't do with a comment (unless you wanna scare them, ofcourse).
Thats what I was saying in the write off guideline, Epinions needs some lovin', and seein' so you dropped by, perhaps you'd like to join in, pretty much no rules, no time limit, no word count you have to reach, just a free for all back patting to those special members of Eps.
Haha, I'm such an ad for my W/O. But I gotta be, I only have 1 entrant besides me!

Seriously, you deserve it. My list wouldn't be complete without you on here. I love books but am usually to chicken to review them, and you enjoy games and 80s rock...if only you liked watching wrestling, then you'd be my perfect writer!

There are no time limits with the write off, so take your time. You're right, Eps really is a community, a lot of great people are here, for sure.

You're such a sweetie! Of course I would care to get to know ya. I feel so old saying this. Like my own son you have long hair, you're way cool and into the 80's like my husband so even though there's an age difference we've found some stuff in common haven't we?
Kinda cool how stuff like that works.
I think what I like most about Ep is getting to know people. My list will prolly be huge. Yikes, have I got a huge undertaking at hand. Give me a while to put it together, but I'll have one for ya.

Yeah, and Liz, anyone who has neglected to read or get a comment from her is really missing out on one of the true Epinions sweethearts!
I'm glad you were ok with being inducted. I was thinking some folk might get 'iffy' for appearing in the HOF without their permission. So all good!

Not sure if I'll be posting in this write-off, but I definitely also have to give props to Liz. Not only is she an informative writer (that writes far too infrequently), but I've had the pleasure of meeting her twice and she is an absolute sweetheart.

....some awesome writers that I read regularly. Music reviews are difficult to write, for me, so I read as many as I can by these good writers...you included, to get an idea of what I need to cover. They inspire.
Not sure I could name just a few of my favorites, so not sure I could do your write off, but it is a good idea. :)
