After my breast cancer diagnosis last year I took a long look at products and found a lot of the same info you have here.
Some people laugh at me or think Im a freak for cutting back so much on my use of these productas and switching to healthier formulas, but I feel we are poisoning our bodies all in the name of vanity.
I still like to look nice, but am more informed about what Im putting on my skin.
Thank you for helping get the word out!!!!

Scary stuff. Even TBS and others still use a lot of chemicals. TBS is also in the midst of possibly being bought out by L'oreal (not sure if it has gone through yet) which has a less than stellar record with animal testing and using natural ingredients. Hopefully it won't affect TBS products in any way. I have found a few lines through drugstore.com that are indeed very natural and organic. (Kiss my face, Alba, for example).
Nice write up

I should pay more attention to this issue as a cosmetics industry addict...
