They "dropped the ball" .

Waited 2 weeks after order was placed and had not received anything. When I called initially to inquire about why I hadnt received my order yet they called back and said it was shipped. I asked if the extras (bags and ext cord) were with this shipment and they said yes.
When I finally got the order 2 weeks after placing it, the extras were missing. Called and advised them and had to wait another 3 days for them to ship it. Unforunately could not use the vacuum without the ext cord. If I had not called they would not have picked up on the fact that the order was incomplete. I was told that someone must have "dropped the ball".
Not a great experience.
