After 1 week, order was never processed!

Terrible (really no) fufillment from Shoplet. I placed an order for 3 items on Tuesday, 5/26/09. I spoke with a customer service rep the day I placed the order who assured me I would have the items by the following Wednesday, at the latest. I live in NJ and the items were being shipped from a NJ warehouse. I checked the website every day about the status and as of Monday, 6/1/09 the order had not even been processed. I then spoke with another customer service rep on the 1st who had nothing to offer except an "I don't know what is happening and this has never happened before." Unfortunately, he couldn't give me a solution that put the items in my hands for when I needed them. I told him that I needed to cancel the order which he promptly did. Also, there was an initial problem when I used a 5% discount coupon code which showed up on the total, but when the payment went through it was for the total amount withouth the discoutn. Shoplet was supposed to manually adjust the amount which I never saw. In the end, the order was cancelled and I will probably not shop with them again since there are so many other options out there.
