This laptop is very easy to use. Dell has given very clear instructions for the user. The first weakness noticed was the poor sensitivity of the touchpad. I use a mouse whenever I can. Also, it was unfortunate the Intel Pentium II CPU that came with the product was faulty and it caused intermittent freezes. However, several technical support persons I contacted were courteous and sincere in helping resolve the problem. Per technician's request, the machine was sent back to DELL for replacement-all freight paid for by DELL. The first time, DELL replaced the mother board but kept the CPU. The repair technician could not figure out what was wrong. I sent it back again and leave a notes in the DELL provided box indicating the CPU was faulty. And after DELL replaced the CPU, the machine is running very smoothly ever since.
