I placed an order here almost 1 month ago, for some Riedel wine glasses. After looking at a few stores on-line TableandHome.com seemed to have a good selection at a good price. They had a good looking website and a good inventory selection, so I didn't investigate further - big mistake.
The items were supposed to have shipped immediately and be delivered in 6 days (I live in the NY metro area which is why ground would be so fast, I guess). The delivery date came and went w/o any shipment notification.
I double checked my e-mail and looked at my order on line. At this point I still have no update from tableandhome.com besides "ordered". I started calling at least once/week during their business hours to try and reach someone. I've left multiple (4) messages and send 1 e-mail with no luck.
I'm now trying to cancel my order. I've never been able to reach a live human being.
I'm not sure if their customer service is very poor, or if this site is a fraud. I will not order from them again and figure the only way to protect my money is to work through my credit card company at this point.
