Terrible! Flowers never came, reps denied problem and sent different flowers 5 days late.

I have had absolutely terrible experiences with this company! I Will never buy flowers from them again. I am only using FTD.com from now on, and suggest everyone do the same. The flowers I sent for Mother's Day never arrived, and when I called the call center representatives assured me that the flowers would arrive the next day. After I called repeatedly, they finally told me the flowers wouldn't be coming at all, and that they could replace my order with a new one, which would come 5 days after the original date! They also told me the flowers I had originially paid for were unavailable, and gave me a much smaller bouquet.
In order to appease me, they then promised me a $20 gift certificate by sent by email, to be used on my next purchase. This never came, and I spent hours and hours on the phone explaining the situation to call center representatives who spoke broken English and just kept giving me new numbers to call. Much of the time I was placed on hold, and then disconnected. The problem was never resolved and I just used FTD.com instead.
I cannot think of a single business that is as fraudulent or poorly run as 1800Flowers.com. NEVER rely on this company to send important flowers to someone you care about. They will not fail to disappoint.
