When I first received the TopDeq catalog I loved their products because the style was great and just what I was looking for in my home office. However the price was a little discouraging because it is pretty pricey, but I decided to spend the extra cash on myself. When I ordered it was a pleasant experience over the phone and the gentleman helped me for about 15 minutes with trying to find the right chair. I always make sure during ordering products, because it is part of my job, that I read the item number and description back to the person after they have stated it was ordered. That was done and everything was fine, until I got my order. There was no invoice enclosed, no assembly instructions and the one item which had instructions had the wrong ones. My cabinet came damaged and the hanging drawer file had no holes for the screws. I had to use my drill and it chewed up the wood. I thought for the price of this catalog the quality would have been a lot better than particle board. That was an extreme disappointment and then to have no instructions. Plus the cabinet that I got was the wrong one to top it off. When I called them they were friendly and happy to issue a pickup for the wrong item, but it was very irritating since I repeated what I ordered and the representative did too. Plus I have to pack it all up again.
Honestly I would and will not ever buy from this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. I could have gone to IKEA for the same stuff, but a much lower price. The quality was very disappointing and I was not happy at all.
