Purchased 15+ items in one order (for order total $180+) and used a $15 coupon. Returned ONE item in the order (a $25 item) and they deducted the entire $15 coupon from the return (gave me $10 credit). They indicated that that item HAPPENED to be the item where they applied the coupon to (what are the chances?). The representative agreed the response was not reasonable but "that's what the computer does" . I was VERY disappointed with the response - needless to say, will take my business elsewhere in the future.
