Terrible customer service!!

I am currently sitting on hold waiting for happymothers.com to pick up their customer service line. I've now twice been sent to a message that they are currently closed (it is Tuesday at 1:42 PM, the voice mail says to call back during their business hours, which it currently is) and put back on hold anew.
I purchased 4 retractable baby gates 5 days ago which were described as "In stock" and the site stated that any order placed by 4 PM would ship that same day. I also bought some cabinet locks that were on sale, they were also listed as "In Stock." After waiting for a confirmation email (I received the order placed, but no follow-up tracking number within 24 hours as promised) I logged back in to their website, where it appears that the purchase still has not charged.
When someone finally picked up he said someone "should" have been in touch with me. A $2.99 cabinet lock was not in stock, the purchase was on hold. He is shipping in out today without the lock with next day shipping. I'm glad my good are coming soon, but that is awful customer service, I should not have to sit on hold for 40 minutes for them to figure out they messed up the order.
