The Bottom Line BUYER BEWARE! I have found items misrepresented, overcharged on sales tax, and NO response to customer service inquirys since MARCH 2001!

I have had an outstanding issue with anyknockoff.com since March 2001. This is not the first time. The first issue took over 6 months to resolve. The first issue was getting credit for a return. I was repeatedly told the "check was in the mail". (I have the emails to prove it) Currently, they overcharge for tax on shipping in the state of California. I have emailed, faxed and called them since March 2001, and they refuse to correct the situation, or even return my communication. (I also have an email from the president, stating they charge the tax on shipping) If you know you will love the product, then, buy it. But, if you have any concerns about returns, forget it. They claim they have the best customer service, but that only seems to apply to purchases. If you return something, in my case, they refuse to even answer your emails. Also, be aware of what they are charging you in sales tax. Oh, I forgot to mention, the reason for a return was the item was TOTALLY misrepresented on their web site, and they would not stand behind their product! Buyer Beware!
