Pros: Sean made this whole process an easy one!
Cons: I can think of none!
The Bottom Line: If you refinance your loan with any one else other than Quicken Loans you will pay too much. Thay are that good!

This was not the first time I have refinanced on line but it was my first time using Quicken Loans. I have to admit, I was not looking forward to this process based my previous experience. However, this turned out to be a very enjoyable process, mainly due to a man named Sean Freeman. He was very patient with all of my questions, even the dumb ones. The best part was he made me feel that he really wanted my business and made every effort to win it and he did. He explained every detail that would be taking place and everything was just as he said it would be. If there is a better comany to do business, they would be so covered up with work you could not use them anyway. If and when I need to refinance again the first people I will call will be the folks at Quicken Loans. I also look forward to recommending them to all of my family and friends. It's not often that you get to do business with such honest people, who want your business and who have your best interest at heart, like those at Quicken Loans. They are a class act! Thanks to all the folks at Quicken Loans for a job well done.
