Is a great service however if you have fallen behind in payments then you will bother by calls. Understandable but the costumer service representative WILL NOT work with you, instead will say she will but wants you to pay the minimum of however much BillMeLater wants to charge you.

Customer service: You must pay the minimum of 72 dollars but we can work with you on it.

Me: That's great! I lost my job so I can't afford much. I can pay 30 instead?

Customer service: No, you must pay the 72.

Me: But I thought you said you would work with me!

In end I had to pay and the late fees is 39.00 and then the finance charges is about 17.00

So you better pay within the 90 days
