The worst overall service I have ever experienced in my life

These people have an extremely horrible overall service.
I don't even know where to start. They have horrible service for anything you can think of. Starting from the time you even try to put the purchase of your item in the shopping cart (and by the way, I am a very computer savvy person). They even make this a difficult task, which is something very stupid to do.
I ordered a book 12 days ago and they haven't even shipped it and the book has been available all this time. They sent me a very strange e-mail twice several days after I placed the order asking me to sent them my address, order number and phone number because supposedly they were trying to make sure it was me who ordered it and they said that they do that for all the paypal accounts that have unverified addresses. However, this is a paypal account I have for over a year and the address has been verified indeed.
I decided to reply back to them and send them all the information anyway. They replied back to me saying that my order was now completed and my book will be shipped within 24 hours. This happened on the 10th day of me ordering the book. It’s been 2 days and I still have not received any information if my book was shipped or not.
I e-mailed them and told them that my classes start in a week and I needed that book by then and they replied back telling me to re-write the message in a format they wanted and re-send the e-mail that they have already read, which was the same thing I had already written and all the info they requested was already in there (that is right they did that for real). I called them several times, but could not communicate with anybody. The wait time was almost 20 minutes and nobody answered. I left a voice message. It's been 2 days and they haven't even returned my call. This is by far, the worst store in the world with the worst, unheard of, customer service. Nothing compares to this. They won the price for the worst store in the world. Guaranteed.
Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from a1crooks.com.. I mean, A1books.com
