Worst online company I have ever done business with

Poor customer service. Placed order 5 days ago and got an immediate acknowledgment. To date the product hasn't shipped, the company does not answer the phone or return emails. I would cancel and go buy elswhere if I could actually talk to somebody. Worst online experience ever and I buy many items online. Stay away from this very unreputable company.
