Stay away from Lamps Plus

I ordered a ceiling fan with a light that I really liked. Later on I received an email saying that the light for the ceiling fan had been discontinued but they were sending the fan to me anyway. I called to cancel the order, they said they would try to cancel but the ceiling fan showed up on my doorstep anyway. It's in a huge box that I have to move around from my living room to my office, etc. to keep it out of the way. I called Lamps Plus about the situation and they promised that they would send Fedex out the next day to pick up; no show. So I called them back again (little bit grumpy at this point) and they apologized and promised it would be picked up by Fedex within two days; no show again.
So I call and ask to speak to a manager and I get the response that he's at lunch, on another line, in a meeting, etc. I just called again and asked to speak to a manager, told I was being transferred and was disconnected. I have had it with Lamps Plus and am contesting the charge on my credit card.
