ordered a coat rack, and various wall decals and hanging mobiles for my daughter's room; was told that everything was in stock and my credit card was charged - i requested express shipping; 2 weeks later, i had nothing. my emails were not returned; telephone calls led nowhere except to a terrified agent who insisted the items were in route, but she could not provide any shipping confirmation/tracking codes; when i asked for a refund, she balked. one month went by and i disputed the charge with my credit card company; unica home is run a group of unique morons: i have never experienced anything close to this sort of poor customer service, and my home is furnished predominantly with modern furniture - take it from me, there are other sources that will gratefully sell you these items at less/competitive pricing and hold true to their dedication to the customer (for instance, DesignWithinReach!)...i will never shop with here again!
