Avoid it...try travelocity or some other venue where you know your ticket status

I would not suggest using priceline.com. This was my first time using it and I needed three tickets. I first purchased one ticket...then was going to purchase the other two together. The first ticket went smoothly but, when I summited the request for the other two tickets, I received a very confusing message along with a request number and a notice that I will be receiving an email "very shortly" regarding the status of my tickets. I waited all night (I tried making the reservation at 8pm) but no email appeared (yes, I checked my spam). I even tried emailing them from their website and never received a response. Finally, at 11am the next morning, I came across a 1 (800) number other than the one listed on the website (800-657-9180) where I could talk to a real live person between 9-4 eastern time. I called that number and they kept telling me that they sent me quite a few emails...which I never received. Anyway, I wasted valuable time as the representative told me that my reservation didn't go through as the seats were not available anymore. Bottom line, they leave the customer hanging and, being they have your credit card number, that is a very uneasy feeling.
