I had a very pleasing purchase from Ticketliquidator recently without any problems whatsoever. I did a lot of research for my tickets, because I didn’t want to get stuck with a big bill and a bad order. After all that, I ended up buying two Coldplay tickets for the 7/10/2009 show from TicketLiquidator. Now it’s review time… First, I had a good customer service experience at Ticketliquidator. I ordered tickets over the phone and spoke with a nice woman who answered all my questions. I also should report that my waiting time on the phone was nonexistent, which was a relief. Second, I liked Ticketliquidator because they had the cheapest price for my tickets ($94). Tickets in the same section and row were going for $105-$120 on other ticket websites. Third, I liked Ticketliquidator because they had the largest selection of tickets. Other ticket websites had about 20-30 ticket options. Ticketliquidator had over 40 available and a much better seat selection. Fourth, I liked Ticketliquidator because it was easy to order from them. I was rather annoyed that StubHub made finding a total ticket price very difficult. I went through four webpages after selecting my tickets without getting even a hint of a service fee. Ticketliquidator simply loaded a single webpage that showed me the total price, service fee, and delivery options all in one. Fifth, I liked Ticketliquidator because I received my tickets three days after ordering them. The service was prompt and I didn’t even have time to worry about whether or not I was scammed. Sixth, I liked Ticketliquidator for their friendly order follow-up. Before the Coldplay show, they sent me an e-mail with driving directions to the theater, a link to nearby places to eat, and a weather forecast of the area. Then, just today, after the show, they sent me a nice e-mail asking how everything went and saying they valued my service. That being said, the downsides to Ticketliquidator are the obvious ones for ticket resale websites. You have the service fees, the FedEx delivery fees, the above face value ticket, and all that. I even found one website with a service fee 2% lower than Ticketliquidator’s. But, even with that added on, I still ended up paying some $20 less by going to Ticketliquidator. So, in review, I recommend Ticketliquidator if you need to buy tickets and want good seats. Other reviews aside, I found them to have friendly staff, fast delivery, and reliable service. Most importantly, they made it easy and hassle-free for me to order tickets. Thanks to that, Ticketliquidator will definitely be my first stop if Ticketmaster fails me again. I don’t mind paying more then face value as I long as I get good seats and good service. Ticketliquidator met that standard; my wallet and I are grateful and I’ll vouch for them.
