Horrible order system - late information

I placed an order on 6/30 for a Bosch Refrigerator...14 days later they send an email telling the product was discontinued and could not deliver. Meantime I lost a chance to buy another Bosch product and have the rebate. Further they didn't call or didn't give excuse why took them 2 weeks to inform there were out of stock or discontinued.
I don't recommend this company.... very poor customer assistance!!
