I ordered a hand rest/splint on June 15th and the website said "this item ships out in about 1-3 days. I kept going to the tracking system and on June 23 when it still said Order Status: Awaiting Shipment. I realized it still had not even been shipped out. So I called Allegro Medical. and they said it was on back order for another 3-5 weeks. I told them to cancel my order and immediately refund my money so I can go go out and purchase it elsewere. They said it takes 3-5 business day for the money to be refunded back to my account. which should have been no later than June 30th. I still waited till July 2nd to call back and complain, they told me that it take "8 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS!" Why someone else told me otherwise they don't know. Ok so that should have been July 8th...today is July 13th...and gues what...no refund. So I called my bank for advice and found out that usually when you use a credit card or bank card to make purchases, and you have a dispute, your bank is able to help you. So now they opened an investigation case for me. I really needed this item...the pain in my hand was so overwhelming, I needed protection and relief. Maybe my review will not make a difference, but I still feel obligated to let others know.
