The worst experience that I have had. No help or timely replies .

Below are portions/excerpts from my correspondence. As it stands today, if they ever get me a shipping label, i am returning the items for refund (They will probably jack around my credit to the card), and I swear I will tell everyone how inept auto anything is.
This incident has cost me over half of my planned vacation, maybe all of it.
I received the air bag package on July 8th. I had an appointment with a mechanic on July 9th for installation. The mechanic called me stating the lower brackets were missing. In addition, there was no packing list nor instructions. Yesterday, one of your co-workers emailed me the instructions and packing list. I went over the list and as far as I can tell, only the brackets were missing.
I was scheduled to leave July 10th for vacation. It is now July 14th. As it stands, instead of overnighting the bottom brackets, I am being Mickey Moused about weight and other information, almost as though they want to indicate that I must have lost them on the way to the shop or something as stupid, or perhaps someone from UPS needed them for their brown vans?.
There is still no indication as to when and if the brackets will be shipped. They can forget it, I want a refund. I also want to know what auto anything plans to do about the fact that their incompetence has resulted in probably more than half, if not all of my vacation being thrown away and lost forever?
I await replies from auto anything, which in itself is a joke. No one returns calls or email. You would think they would want to resolve a problem asap, not fail to communicate.
As far as I can tell, they will ignore me and not try to shoot for customer satisfaction. I feel they owe me. *Try getting a timely response from emails to auto anything, or try getting a phone response. I will tell everyone about this comical experience. I must have ten calls to them by now.
