Worst customer service and faulty product

We purchased a VT-58, which immediately broke. When locked it is still possible to pull the door slightly open, which everyone does, and then the motor burns out.  Vinotemp's customer service is absolutely horrible - you will never get your money back nor will you get it fixed.  Buy a U-Line - we ultimately did, and just wrote off the cost of the Vinotemp.
