We have ordered from Proflowers a number of times. The service and selection have been good. I usually also have a coupon, either from a radio ad or an email, so that helps with cost.
Once, they delivered a bouquet of roses to my mom that had been left in a truck for a couple days and they were slightly wilted. However, when we called to let them know, they apologized and got a gorgeous bouquet out to her the next day.
A couple people I have talked to have had a similar experience of receiving flowers that were not fresh, but they also said the company corrected the problem by sending out fresh flowers right away. The service is great, but I'm surprised that it happens that often.
Overall, of the flower places I have ordered from, Proflowers is pretty good. I could only select 3 or 4 stars. Not quite 4, but I would give 3 1/2, if I could.
