Half.com Seller Still Not Paid!

I sold as textbook on Half.com on 7/01/09. The payment is still showing pending in my account. There is no phone number for customer service. The email option is hdden behind the disguise of "Help Wizard". I emailed them two days ago. I haven't gotten a response yet although they do ask to allow up 72 hours. This is a royal pain, indeed.
They process the payment from the buyer and apparently hold it in the bank drawing interest for up to 15 days (or longer in my case). With millions of "Transit dollars" being held, they can make even more money on top of the 15% commission they get. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ebay is a near 24 BILLION dollar company. You would think that they would provide a phone number for help, but they do not.
What does that tell you?
The prices are better than the college bookstore, but I'm finding that Half.com is a complete ripoff. I bought and sold on this site; the time it takes for the textbooks to arrive to you is a longer than I would like. Each time I ordered, the books took about ten days to arrive to me. Normally, this would be something that I could deal with, but the previous experiences with Half.com turns me off completely.
