My experience with djdeals.com was awful. They refused to ship to my address insisting it was not on file with my credit card company. They do not have any phone number to call for questions or support and insist on only corresponding via email. To top it off, the person who answers your email is incredibly rude and does not understand that for every 1 customer you treat like crap: they tell 10 possible customers.
Here's the email conversation I experienced:
"Has my order been processed? I've been trying to find a phone number to call but have not had such luck."
"We only handle client correspondence through email."
"I'm unable to wait any longer, this is ridiculous. Please cancel my order I won't be using your company again."
"We will get this cancelled for you and then you will be able to take your future purchases elsewhere."
Are you kidding me? If anyone working for my company said something along these lines to one of my customers they would be fired on the spot.
