Beware of this seller if you have a problem unless you have a lot of time to waste. After over a month I still do not have a credit to my credit card for the item I purchased and calceled due to item not being in stock.
Today is 7/30/09. I ordered a Magnetrainer recumbent exercise bicycle on 6/26 and paid with my credit card. I got an email the next day saying the item was back-ordered and would not be shipped for 2-3 weeks. I was on the road and did not know where I would be when the item would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. I needed item shipped immediately so I emailed them the next day, 6/27 to cancel order. Just to be sure, I called them on 6/29 and also sent another email to confirm cancellation since I had not received any response to my previous emails. I was assured by phone, that shipment was canceled. But.....STILL NO CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD AS OF 7-10...called again and this time they gave me a cancellation reference number......said credit would be issued. As of today, 7/30 (over one month) still NO credit to my credit card or even acknowledgment to any of my emails! Bottom line: I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SELLER OR BUY FROM THEM DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES IF YOU NEED A REFUND OR HAVE A PROBLEM.
