Worst client experience Ever. Buy Somewhere Else!

Buying from AJ Madision was the worst customer experience of my life. I would highly recommend going anywhere other than this horrible place. I purchased a high-end refrigerator and a washer/dryer set (spending almost $5,000). The problems were many. first, the refrigerator didn't come with the first delivery. I was forced to wait an additional week for it to arrive. When it did arrive 1 week late, it did not work!! They sent out a technician who told me he couldn't fix it, but AJ Madision would do nothing to replace it until another technician came out and gave them something in writing. So, 3 weeks pass now with no refrigerator. AJ Madison finally agrees to send a replacement (remember, I've had no refrigerator this whole time) and they agree to ship it on that Friday. By Tuesday the following week, no refrigerator still. I call them and they tell me it hadn't been shipped yet AS PROMISED but would ship on Wednesday. I finally received the refrigerator the following thursday after not having one for over 4 weeks. Not a single word of apology from AJ Madison and absolutely no offer to do anything for all of my distress and effort I had to expend just to get what I had paid for. To add insult to injury, they wouldn't pick up the useless non-working refrigerator they had previously sent. I was forced to hire movers to get rid of it. They are horrible. Buy somewhere else!!
