Here's how to optimize your gap.com shopping experience...first of all, get a Gap credit card. You'll get a $10 gift certificate for every $250 you spend in the store or online. Then sign into the website via www.clickrewards.com or www.ual.com (if you're a United Mileage Plus member) and you'll get frequent flyer miles for your purchases. Also, be on the lookout for occasional coupons that come via US Mail, email, or sometimes are simply on the website. These can help you with further discounts, free shipping, etc.
If you need to return something, simply bring the item and the invoice to your local Gap - they'll take care of it for you. There's no need to send anything back.
Also be sure to check the "sale" section of the website for even more discounts!
