Verizon Fios is horrible! (Reply to this comment)

I have had Fios for 4 months now and it has been a horrible experience. I switched over from Comcast and I am wishing I hadn't. They over charge me on my bill every single month, they add channels to my account and charge me for them even though I did not order them, they installed phone in my home even though I only ordered cable and Internet. When I try to call their customer service to resolve these issues, mort the time no one answers the phone. When they di, they give me nothing but attitude. Everything I say, they tell me I am wrong and they will not help me, too bad for you and they hang up on me. I have requested to speak to a supervisor and they usually tell me their supervisor is not available and will call me back, which they never do. I don't know what else to do. So, I contacted the FCC and so far no one their has contacted me back.

I have Verizon Fios too and I absolutely love it as well. Great review,
