Probably one of the better on-line blind stores, with some modest improvements this could be a first rate offering

Blindsgalore is one of the many online blind stores. But unlike others, Blindsgalore does appear to be pushing their house brand any harder than the namebrand merchandise from Hunter-Douglas and Levolor. The website responses quickly and navigation is a generally good. You can price your blinds on the spot using a pop-up window, thus comparison shopping is quite easy. Colors and blind options are easily configured and the order process is fairly standard. Shipping is free for most blinds and they promise and fairly rapid turnaround. We ordered 2 sets of blinds (wooden and mini) they both arrived (in separate shipments) well packed and within the timeframe the website had indicated.
On the downside, there was almost no communication and the ability to track your order online is almost nonexistent. Even though you're asked for your email address, you'll receive no confirmation email (at least in our case) nor indication of your order status. Via the website, our order was initially unknown and then in a few days became simply "in process"
Their 800-number is prominently featured and we did not call to verify or check our order, thus can't comment on this functionality.
