Defective products delivered twice with bad customer service

Let me start off by saying DON'T BUY ONLINE AT WEST ELM!! We bought a Lateral File Cabinet (color Black) from West Elm online store. The retail store does not carry all the colors so we had to get it online. It wasn't cheap and they charged us a shipping fee and a white glove delivery fee. When the unit arrived, I wasn't home and my wife recieved the cabinet. Once I got home I noticed that the bottom drawer won't close. So we called up customer service and they told us that they will get a repair person out to fix it. 1 week goes by and no contact from West Elm. We call back and the tell us that they will replace the unit. After another week and a half waiting, they deliver the unit. I try the drawers on the cabinet twice and again, same problem. This time the top drawer won't close. Pretty frustrated, I just want my money back. I call back only to get bounced around couple of departments before they finally say they will have to schedule a pickup, get the unit picked up and then issue a credit. It will take another 2 weeks.
West Elm seems to produce very cheap and sub-par products and still charge a huge premium on it. The store itself is not worth it, especially the online store. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU LIKE THE PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR WORTHLESS PRODUCTS!!!!
