I purchased 2 Waterford crystal glasses from homeclick.com and only one was shipped. I called customer service who stated that they didn't have access to my order and that I would have to leave a message. The next day I received and email telling me that they refunded the price of one of the glasses. There was no explanation as to why, so I emailed back explained that I did not want a refund, I wanted my item. I then received a response that informed me that the glasses were so popular that they ran out of them and that is why they processed a refund. I wish that they would have told me this in the beginning and I would have canceled the order. What am I going to do with one glass? I wanted a pair, and they do not accept returns on Waterford. Also, the glass that I did receive has 2 large scratches around the entire circumference. They do not accept returns so I am stuck with one damaged and useless glass and am out about $50. The price of the glasses was quite good, so I should have known that it was too good to be true!
They need to update their ordering site so that it does not allow customers to waste their time ordering items that are not in stock.
