I ordered my new plasma from Vann's and was expecting it to take 10 days or so, but I have it sitting in my living room and breaking it in just two days from when my card was charged. That's a very positive surprise!! After a small hiccup with address verification, the order shipped within hours and reached my area by late next day.
I got a very good price. In google shopping, there was some other dealer listed out of NY/NJ area who was offering the same TV for ~$100 less but I'm not complaining - it was important that I don't run into any post-purchase hassles and these guys out of Montana met & exceeded my expectations. ( They got internet there in Montana?! ;) )
I did do my homework reading lots of reviews on Vanns before ordering the TV - 99% reviews were positive and seemed like they were genuine 'in-person' reviews (not written by some paid tool). I called them with some questions and found their rep very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. I got a good feeling about this store and pulled the trigger.
Overall, I'm very glad I trusted my instinct and bought from them. They are now one of the first guys I'll be looking up for any more toys I may want to buy going forward.
