CYA when closing NOVA account

Pros:You can accept credit cards.
Cons:They will keep adding fees and charges until you make nothing. Non-existent customer service.
When you decide to close your NOVA account (and you will, after they help themselves to your bank account) don't even try to fax the close form to them. They will lose it. For months. And charge you extra fees every month. Send the form hard copy, US Mail, Certified mail, return receipt requested. Then if they have lost it you have the proof it was received.
