I'm a realtor in Philadelphia. Home Finance of America has done mortgages for many of my clients. They seem to always have lower rates than the local banks. Closings are smooth and timely. I try to steer all of my clients to them. I've been doing this for 12 years and I know that HFA is really a great company. I haven't lost a deal with them yet!
