The fact that you actually talk to a live person right away instead of a bunch of automted prompts was terrific. The representative who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. I can't always talk during working hours, and was very happy that he was willing and available to talk after normal business hours. I have now completed two mortgage transactions with Home Finance of America, and both went completely without a hitch. Both times I checked around a lot, and their rates truly were the lowest out there.
