This company is a JOKE. We ordered a gas grill and to our suprise it came through as a natural gas grill, even though that option was never selected. It took almost a month to get here (NY to CA) and when we went to speak to them they were relentless. They were rude and could care less about their customer. Their free shipping nonsense is a scam. If you need to return something (even if it is their fault) you pay their original shipping out PLUS the shipping back. So for my supposed grill that I was getting a deal on, shipping back would cost me almost the price of the original purchase. This was bad, however, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT use this company. Their supposed manager, Jamie Blake, does not handle emotions, gets angry, and does NOTHING to make the customer happy. This company is a bunch of con artists who lie through their teeth, one minute telling me they work directly with the Weber dealer, next minute they don't. One minute it is $165 to ship, the next $375, the next $540. PLEASE, I am trying to help future consumers, do not use this company. It is a scam and you will be upset.
